Program Director
Sarah has been on the staff of the Aging Well Center since we opened in 2008. She has a Masters Degree in social work and has spent most of her career working with seniors, first in home care and later in adult day health. Sarah is a lifelong New England resident who enjoys being a Girl Scout leader and spending time with her family.
Katrina W.
Activity Director
Katrina has been on the staff of the Aging Well Center since 2009. She has a Bachelors Degree in theraputic recreation and has worked with people with a wide range of disabilities. Prior to joining Aging Well Katrina spent three years working as a personal care assistant. When not at work, Katrina likes to go running at the beach.
Mark G.
Program Coordinator
Mark has been on the staff of the Aging Well Center since 2010. He is currently working on his Masters in social work and had previously spent six years in the health care business. Mark is fluent in Chinese and developed Aging Well's first Chinese program with English conversation classes and special activities for our Chinese guests. His Chinese Dragon Day event was a huge hit with all of our guests. In his free time, Mark likes to read and travel.
Bertha H.
Registered Nurse (RN)
Bertha has been on the staff of the Aging Well Center since 2010. She has specialized in Alzheimers care and geriatrics, and has extensive community based, hospital and residential nursing experience. When not at work, Bertha enjoys spending time with her grandchildren and listening to music.
Lori I.
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Lori is the newest staff member at the Aging Well Center, having just joined us in June 2011. She has specialized in skilled rehabilitation. In her spare time, Lori likes to read and take day trips with her family.
Juli M.
Social Worker
Juli has been on the staff of the Aging Well Center since 2010. She spent ten years working in the field of social work and has worked with dual diagnosed adults, domestic violence, foster care and child protective services. She holds a Masters in social work. Juli grew up in California, but has slowly grown accustomed to New England winters and now likes to ski.

Assistant Manager
Pam has been on the staff of the Aging Well Center since our doors first opened in 2008. She has extensive experience in the health care field and her favorite part of work is interacting with the guests and making them happy. In her spare time, Pam enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, shopping and dancing.

The Aging Well adult day care center facility provides a comfortable, safe and engaging environment for our guests, but our real asset is our staff. The Aging Well Center staff is comprised of people who really care about our guests and want to make a difference in the quality of their lives, and it shows. We are very selective in the hiring our staff which has resulted in a team of people who not only work well together, but have created a family-like atmosphere. Aging Well Center's consistency of staff provides a stable environment where our guests get to know their caregivers and always see a familiar face. Our staff-to-guest ratio is 1 to 6 overall, with a ratio of 1 to 4 for our guests with dementia.
