Aging Well Center Door-To-Door Transportation
Our comfortable fourteen passenger custom vans and other vehicles provide door-to-door transportation for our guests from their homes to the Aging Well Adult Day Care Center. Each vehicle is equipped with wheelchair access and our highly trained drivers and aides will assist those who need a little extra help getting into the van. Taking the van is not mandatory, but just an extra service that we offer to make it easier for caregivers to get their loved ones to the Aging Well Center.
Social service agencies paying for Aging Well Center adult day care services will generally also pay for transportation to the center. For those paying privately, we charge $15 per pick up and drop off, or $27 for a round trip.
Outings
Aging Well adult day care center provides transportation to our weekly outings. These outings are optional and available at no additional cost. Outings include visits to shopping centers, restaurants, and entertainment venues.
Doctor's Appointments
The Aging Well adult day care center can also arrange transportation and staff to accompany our guests to their regularly scheduled doctor's appointments.
Communities Served
Aging Well adult day care provides transportation to communities within a 25 mile radius of the Aging Well Center in Marlborough, MA. We currently pick up guests in the following Massachusetts towns: Acton, Ashland, Framingham, Grafton, Hopkinton, Hudson, Natick, Marlborough, Northborough, Southborough, Sudbury and Westborough.
