Eligibility
In order to be eligible, participants must:
- be 18 years of age or older
- need day health services a minimum of two days a week
- have a primary healthcare provider
Hours
The program will be open Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 4:00pm
Cost
Full coverage for participants who meet the requirements may be available through MassHealth, selected Elder Care Agencies or the Veteran's Administration. Program services may also be covered by some long-term care insurances or by self-payment.
